Support and sales
contact@elhosting.com — questions about a service, an order, an invoice, or whether what we sell suits what you are trying to do. Once you have an account you can also open a ticket from the client area, so your enquiry is associated with your account.
Reporting abuse
contact@elhosting.com — something on our network causing you a problem. Include the IP address, timestamps with a timezone, and log lines if you have them. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what we do about it.

How quickly we reply
We answer enquiries as quickly as we can. We do not currently publish a guaranteed response time.
